About me
Hello, friends.
My name is Natalia Klyuchnikova. I am an obstetrician-gynecologist, gynecological endocrinologist, and psychologist.
This website is a place where I collect my books, guides, and materials on women's health after 35–40.
Here you will find information about menopause and hormone therapy, sleep, weight, anxiety, energy decline, and mood changes. We will talk about your relationship with your body, how it changes, and why familiar ways of self-care might stop working at some point.
I do not limit myself to listing symptoms and providing a set of general tips. It is important to me to explain what is happening to you and why.
Where hormonal changes truly play the primary role and should be discussed in terms of treatment. Where it is necessary to look for a different cause. What can be changed on your own, and what is better to discuss with a doctor.
Why I do what I do
My path in medicine began in 2002 when I graduated from Odessa State Medical University.
After completing my internship in obstetrics and gynecology, I worked as a physician, continued my studies, and specialized in gynecological endocrinology. In 2014, I was awarded the highest qualification category in obstetrics and gynecology.
Later, I earned a second university degree in psychology and have been working as a psychologist since 2015.
I know for a fact that a woman's health cannot be divided into separate parts.
Poor sleep affects appetite, energy, and mood. Anxiety exacerbates physical symptoms and disrupts sleep. Weight changes affect self-esteem. Hormonal shifts influence not only the cycle and hot flashes but also how a woman feels, thinks, works, and builds relationships.
And it is by no means always just about age.
Therefore, in my books and videos, I combine gynecology, endocrinology, psychology, and work with eating behaviors.

A little bit personal
I am 48 years old.
I have been happily married to the same man for 29 years. We have two adult daughters, and both are also happily married. I believe this is important.
We also have a ginger cat named Daisy and an aquarium with cherry shrimp, whom we all adore.
I created this project for adult women who realize that something is happening to them but do not want to make menopause the center of their entire life.
You can start with the issue that concerns you right now: sleep, weight, hormones, anxiety, fatigue, or mood changes. And find a book, guide, or video on that topic.
